AllSkills Education CLG is a company limited by guarantee registered in Ireland, delivering community education in financial and digital literacy. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

The website and its underlying software are developed and licensed by AllSkills Tech, which acts as a data processor on our instructions. Powered by AllSkills Tech | Delivered by AllSkills Education CLG.

What we collect

Workbook downloads: your name and email address, so we can send the resource and let you know about related workshops.

Event waitlists: your name, email address, the event you are interested in, and any message you add.

Contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.

Newsletter: your email address.

We do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, send the resource you asked for, confirm workshop dates, and — where you have asked us to — keep you updated on our work. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

How long we keep it

Contact messages and waitlist entries are kept for up to two years after our last contact with you. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and send email, under contract and only for those purposes. Some events are booked through Eventbrite, which operates under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@allskills.ie and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
